Our complete packages typically range from $30,000 to $60,000, depending on scope. A patio with outdoor kitchen, pergola, and landscaping will be on the higher end. A patio with fire pit and basic landscaping will be lower. We'll give you a clear, fixed price after the design consultation — no guessing, no surprises.

Most complete transformations take 3-6 weeks of construction time, depending on complexity. We'll give you a specific timeline in your proposal. Weather can affect outdoor work, but we'll communicate any adjustments proactively.

That's common — and actually helpful. We encourage both of you to be part of the design consultation. Our 3D renderings let you visualize different options together before committing. Many couples find that seeing the design makes the decision easier.

We own the project so you don't have to. After the initial consultation and design approval, your involvement is minimal. We'll keep you updated on progress without requiring you to manage day-to-day decisions. That's our job.
